Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
Terms of Sale: Cash or check to the Clerk at the conclusion of the auction. All settlements are to be made in U.S. currency. ALL HORSES WILL HAVE A CURRENT NEGATIVE COGGINS AND A VETERINARIAN WILL BE AVAILABLE TO WRITE CERTIFICATES .
Registration Papers: All papers will be held until payment has cleared the bank. Buyers paying cash may pick up papers the day of the sale. Buyers shall be responsible for all association transfer fees — DO NOT alter the transfer forms. ALL GUARANTEES are made by the OWNER. Right of Recourse must be made directly to the owner. Make sure to pre-inspect horses prior to purchase. Immediately after the horse is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof, but possession of the horse cannot be obtained until payment in full has been made. Buyers and spectators are cautioned to be careful while on the grounds, particularly while horses are being shown or sold in the sale ring. Management cannot and will not be held responsible for accidents of any nature. Broodmares will be pregnancy checked and status announced at sale time, but will sell with no guarantee or return privileges.
Announcements: Any change in information of any kind in the catalog will be announced from the auction block. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the catalog. Sale management and auctioneer will not assume or accept responsibility for errors or omissions. Any known blemishes or defects will be called before bidding begins.
